Harassment

Earlier this evening 5 friends and myself went for supper at Miami Spur in umhlanga as it was a friend's birthday and the night went on well as we joked and laughed amongst ourselves. Midway through our meal we were harrassed by a waiter making statements to us whilst still joking and laughing a waiter approached us and asked if there's something funny and why we are laughing at him, to our surprise we felt offended as we weren't doing such a thing and then he continued back to the kitchen after we told him that we did no such thing. He still passed remarks in Zulu and told other staff we we're talking about him while he was pointing fingers and staring at us. This level of such disgusting customer service is unacceptable as we are at Miami Spur almost every day. We asked for two managers and after speaking to them and telling them what was happening nothing was done about the situation and they then called the guard after we asked to speak to someone higher than the managers we spoke to. The waiter still passed remarks and said nasty things in Zulu yet they think this sort of behavior is acceptable as they were all screaming and passing remarks. We refused to pay as we did not finish our meals and it's upsetting as to the way they behaved with us, yet they insisted we pay which we did and took down details of all employees whom we dealt with but their staff was not disciplined or even spoken to by the managers it felt like they turned a blind eye to the situation and did not want to deal with it and come to a solution after a while a while we notice the staff taking pics and then security approached us tho we were ******* it was really unprofessional of the company as security was not clued up as to why he was called we did not eat our meals and had to pay for the bills where I have pics taken for meals not eaten as it was extremely rude and pathetic customer service with no assistance from any management.
