Hairy and Raw Burger

I have never bought from Utah Spur in Milnerton before and it'll definitely be the last ... I have my order number still cause it's on the bag when I ordered and picked it up ... my son had a cheddarmelt burger which was half raw and there was a long public like hair in or on it ... I took a picture of it ... we threw the burger away and wasted money on this and totally disgusted ... I would like to email the manager the picture of my order and the food ... please contact me
