Hair in water, eggshells in food

So we go to spur quite often, at least twice a week. This is now the 3rd time in a row we went and every time something new happens. Please find some pictures of the lovely hair in my water and the eggshell I got with my breakfast on the facebook page. Also, we go there every time asking to pay with the spur card, and the systems are always down. Do spur cards actually work every now and again or is the system permanently down and we shouldn't bother?
