Hair in food at spur

Went to spur on the 18 with my family to have lunch well waiter's let me wait 20mins for order and here come my order with a hair in it haven't touch my plate nothing and not even a manager came to apologise. I can truely say spur in Somerset Mall mangers are 100% better then waterstone
