Hair in Food

On Thursday evening 30 April, myself and a bunch of friends decided to enjoy the rib and wing special from Spur. First we were told that they would first serve beef ribs and only once those are done will they serve they pork ribs. I enquired as to why this is so and the waiter had no answer. I do believe customer preferences should be taken into account. Never the less we continued with our meals. Later on in the evening after a few refills of Rib and Wings, my sister requested one last round. When she received her plate there was one very long hair entwined with in the wings. We brought this to the waiters attention and she removed the plate where after she brought her another refill (I'm assuming a different/new refill). No apology was offered, no explanation. I find this to be very bad service. At the very least a quick apology from the waiter would have been appreciated.
