Hair in food
N1 City Spur....After finding a hair in my food i was told by the manager Armond my meal would be free but when the bill came i was told to pay the full price.He said he spoke to his boss, consumer act an spur customer care an was told we need to pay the full amount. I have picture of the hair in my plate an the bill. I am disgusted by this service!!!!
