Hair in food

We went to Spur Bedford center on Saturday (24/01/2015) for breakfast. Ordered a Trailblazer breakfast. <br> Whilst eating the food i found a hair on the plate. It was then taken away by our waitress. <br> The manger approached to say that the hair found was from the mushrooms. Which is fair enough however surely the mushrooms are washed prior to them being served. <br> <br> The manager then asked if i would like him to bring me another meal??? I had only eaten 1 slice f toast and 1 egg and a few chips of the plate? And yet he still asked \Would you like another one? you wont be charged extra for it???!!! <br> <br> If the hair that was found was from the mushroom was one thing which wouldn't have been the end of the world as everyone is human and mistakes do occur. But i do find the attitude of the manager on duty totally unacceptable. <br> <br> Asking me if i would like another meal and saying that i wont be charged extra for it is very upsetting as we were paying for the original meal!!! <br> <br> "
