hair found in crumbed mushrooms

I visited the Spur restaurant in parow centre shopping mall to have a late breakfast with a friend, service was a bit slow but restaurant is busy so its understandable, we ordered drinks and a crumbed mushrooms for starters, after finishing the last mushroom we found a brown hair on it after showing it to the waiter she said she will go call the manager whos name is James. He didn't have the decency to come and apologise he just told the waiter to inform us it will be free. That is surely bad customer service from his side and the restaurant should see to that these things don't happen at all. We have lost our whole appetite due the founding of the hair.
