gross service and gross food
Headed out to spur in promenade for waffles, on arrival took waiter 15 minutes to actually provide any service , after taking the order of \waffles"it took a further 30min to receive. Finally when we received our desserts the waffles had burnt edges and tasted like rubber and to top it off the plates and cutlery were dirty . Addressed the issue with management and was offered a replacement... Which took a further 20 minutes to receive by which time my entire party had consumed their orders"
