Great food *** service

<p>Last night - 03/10/2016 I took my mother and father to the Spur in N1 city for my dads 60th birthday. </p> <p>We ordered the burger specials at around 8pm... people were flocking into the spur as they were very busy.... however we started noticing that people were leaving as well.... then we noticed that people who came there after us were leaving and we still didn't get our food. Eventually at around 9pm my Fiance got up to complain to the manager about the wait it was more than an hour ago. We ordered 6 stacked burgers. Our order eventually arrived at around 9:11 to my sorrows all the burgers were singles. :-( and to top it off the waiter that brought the order wasn't even our table waiter and this waiter can't even manage he gives me 2 plates to hold for him but doesn't even ask he just lies the plates on my hands. We call the manager and he comes back to the table I explaine that we ordered the stacked burgers, he says sorry and says that they will correct it ASAP. Finally at around 9:30 we get our stacjked burgers... however it was only 4 burgers... so my dad, mum and fiance are eating and my son and I are waiting on our burgers... FINALLY at around 9:50 when everyone else is done eating my son and I get our food. This service was pathetic. Our waiters name was Troy, he didn't even greet us when he came to the table. The manager gave us free mushroom sauce and a free bowl of spinich which I guess was okay but in all honesty I didn't feel like paying my bill I actually felt like leaving. I didn't even eat my food I was miserably disapointed. N1 city is the only decent spur around and now they have just become like the rest. This was seriously terrible service. I know that Mondays are busy but the customers should not have to suffer for it. The people sitting around us were all looking at us, most likely wondering if we are loafing around as we weren't eating. The people at the table in front of us also received a wrong order from the same waiter and also waited forever. The service at the Spur is rated 0 stars from me. </p>
