Grandwest spur is the worst

I decided to go to Grandwest Spur for supper on Sunday night, thinking that I would get great service as myself and family have always been a supporter of Spur.<br> <br> It was a mistake thinking that. I arrive at Spur in Grandwest and the waiter forgets about us after I just asked for a min or 2 for me to check the menu on what to drink and so on. I waited about 10 mins until i called the manager, Telling him about the issue I'm having. Further more he takes my order and tells me he will speak to the waiter later. I wait 20mins or so for my food and my Fiance's cheddarmelt steak was the worst as it was burn't but just covered with the sauce as nothing was wrong with it. I complaint about that to the waiter and they took it away and replaced it with an even worse one, He gave me and my Fiance butter knives to eat steaks with like honestly now. At that point we just had enough. we just ate it and then left telling the manager about this experience and that we wont return there again.<br> <br> The manager listened and told me he will give me a call to make it up to us in 24hours.<br> It is now Tuesday and still have not received any calls from them.<br> <br> I will never eat by that Spur again.
