Good Day (To The Owner and Stakeholders and Shareholders of Soaring Falcon Spur Steak Ranch) in King Shaka International Airport. Festive and seasons greetings to you all. I hope and trust that you are keeping well. Before I get so busy with my life. I took this time to reflect on the people that have had touched my heart and given me the utmost respect that I deserve in life itself this year been 2017. By the way this was on my to do list. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment two (2) of your staff members who is and goes by the names of JO and BARRY for their GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE that they have had provided myself and my family. This year been 2017 I together with my family came to your restaurant. This restaurant was a good restaurant. Although it was busy. A few times there was issues with my order. When on both the times I have had spoken to JO and BARRY. With a smile they have sorted out my order themselves. WOW. I did not think that Managers will make my meal themselves WOW. Something like this is truly amazing. I was WOWED by their service. If there is any issues I would rather speak to them directly. I would like to place on your records that I as a customer would like for this to go higher up to HR. They are an asset to your restaurant. WELL DONE JO AND BARRY KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS at the restaurant. Have a great year 2018 ahead.
