Good management

We ordered two ranch breakfasts , we got our meal and I smelled something funny, I tasted the steak and it was bad. I called the waiter and he took our breakfast to the kitchen, the manager came over and apologized and took the breakfast off the bill, though we didn't really eat any of the breakfast, I was put off ordering anything else. Though we were not really refunded because we ended up not eating breakfast at all, I really like the manager's attitude towards the situation. It left us at least positive.
