Good day I made a visit to spur Cajan Spur to redeem my voucher that I received via SMS from spur. Can you imagine my embarrassment when I got to find out my card was disabled ? The girl called head office and it was said they tried to contact me but I never received a call from them I got a call from the N1 Branch and they asked about a purchased I made that u confirm so I don't understand why my loyalty card was disabled and more then that I don't understand why they still sms me with rewards if I clearly don't have a loyalty card Can someone assist in this matter
