Good and Bad

We booked for my daughters party for 29th September, the experience was not good at first as we had difficulties to get hold of the party planner just to confirm the booking. Lauretta who constantly promised that the planner would called us back to confirm is apparently a manager who could have confirmed the same. We finally got to Spur and the reception the managers kept on passing us including Lauretta without acknowledging us. We were finally seated and Wilson who was our waiter changed all that experience. We were more than 30 but he made sure that we were all satisfied, he was always around very pleasant to deal with. He communicated with us all the time until the last minute. He was outstanding, well mannered guy. I have never experienced such a great SERVICE in my life. Well done Wilson!!!
