Glass shards in soda

Horrible experience at Spur located at Windmill Casino in Bloemfontein. I ordered a glass of soda and found a piece of glass within it. I accidentally bit on it and found it that way. I ordered another glass and found ANOTHER even larger piece within it at the bottom. At first we thought it was ice but was glass when we checked. I let the waitress and manager know what happened but I don’t know what was done about it. It could have ended very badly for myself and others. I have pictures of glass if needed.
