Glass in Spur meal

Last night we decided to take our 2 year old son out for his birthday to Colorado Spur in Kathu to drink a milkshake and have takeaway meals, because he is just to busy to have a meal in spur. We had our drinks and celebrated his birthday. We then left with our takeaway meals, we got home and started eating, as iI was taking another bite there was a hard piece of glass in my mouth, I thought at fist that it was a piece of the spinach leave.

Long story short i swallowed some glass and atleast I am okay. This chould have been my son, what then if something worse happened? Cant shake the feeling
