Glass in my spinich

After a very warm and exhausting hike in Middleburg, me and my fellow hikers decided to go and enjoy a cold beer with a burger and chips at the Lone Star Spur in the Middelburg mall. I ordered a cream soda float, excited about the cold ice cream and fizzy drink taste together. My float came, and the ice cream was watery and yellow, and there was no fizz in the cream soda. I asked the waiter (respectfully) to change my float with proper white creamy ice cream and a non flat cream soda. She rep**** that there is a problem with their ice cream maschine and that the second float will also be the same. She suggested a cream soda shake and I agreed to that. Once the cream soda shake came it was delicious and I forgot about the previous soda float.

I then ordered a mexican burger with vegtables, as I am aware that spur is famous for delicious vegtables. Once the food came, I immediately digged into the delicious spinich. My first bite was fine but when it came to the second bite, something was so hard in my mouth that I felt my teeth is going to break. I immediatly stopped chewing and took the hard piece out of my mouth and saw with a shock that it is a big piece of glass. I was so shocked, because I knew that I have swallowed a piece of the glass. I told my husband and friends around the table and they were shocked. We asked for the manager and told him about the situation. He did not have words. We suggested that he take my meal off the bill. He said that he will do that, but never apologised for the situation. The waiter did also not apologise for the situation.

This situation is very dangerous as I could have swallowed the piece of glass and it could have cut my throat.
