Glass in my Food

My family and I visited Abenaki Spur on Sunday 19/07/2020, we had a sit down meal, my daughter could not finish her meal and opted for a take away box, later the evening she ate the food that she could not finished at spur, she has a chicken snitzel and then ate a piece then while chewing the food she felt a sharp object cutting her mouth, she then spat the food out,only to discover a big piece of glass...OMW I could not believe such a big piece of glass inside a snitzel, this could have gone so wrong in many ways,had she swallowed the glass she could have cut her insides or cut her mouth, how in hell did a piece of glass get into her snitzel? Can spur be trusted with our food? Do we have to investigate our food before eating? I am so disgusted by this...I called the spur the same evening but guess they had closed as there was no answer...I called Monday 20/07/2020 several time but the number was not in use, not sure is line was disconnect or taken of the hook, but I could not get through to them, I tried again later the evening then the line was ringing but no answer....I hope that I get a response asap, or I will have to take it further than Hello Peter...I have photos of the glass that was inside the snitzel....
