Getting more than I bargained for at Spur

I went to Spur steak Ranch in Welkom (Free State) and I got the worst service ever, firstly I was ignored by all the other waiters and had to wait for my waiter who took 40 minutes just to come back and take my order. There is some serious lack of proper planning as they had a problem with their generator and smoke filled up the restaurant. I couldn't breath had to pull up my shirt to cover my nose, I wanted to cancel my order or at least have it to go but that was a problem too.

I went to the outside for some air and to tell my kid that we are leaving, then I went to the bathroom... worst thing I could have ever done. The toilet was disgusting , dirty and smelly, full of sh*t , it was completely dark and I used my phone torch to see but nothing could have prepared me for that bathroom... there was no sign outside, no waiter guarding the door, so nothing truly to prevent customers from going in and it seemed like the manager I spoke with didn't get my concerns at all , in fact he had a care free attitude saying they have water shed. It should have been locked but no one really care much about that 😔😭

I just wanted to leave and I was wondering about the restaurant's hygiene standards seriously and the food I already bought I gave away, I lost my appetite and my taste for life at Spur so to speak. I'm horrified till this day with their house keeping and I really don't think I'm going to go there any time soon
