Get some real attention here!
Your wet wipes are horrific. It is well known that they are used to clean greasy and dirty hands..... yet the means to open them is atrocious. They cannot be opened. Cannot. And with greasy fingers. Damn. Fix this. Make it most customer friendly. It's embarrassing asking for help. Except for now. Help

Please can you confirm that the situation with the refresher towels have been resolved, as I would not like to expose my child to the same trauma I have encountered 6 years ago. Yours truly in moist towels...
