Gateway spur hair on steak

Doesnt even deserve a star. Went to Spur Gateway On thursday for lunch, 3/10/2019. Ordered our meals. When the meals were brought to our table, i found a long strand of hair on my steak. Complained to the waitress about this. Both meals were taken back and new ones were brought to us. Did not want to make it a big thing by complaining any further cos youl never know what goes on in the kitchen when customers complain. Really disgusted. Wont be going back there. Have pics of the meals as well.
