From bad to worst breakfast experience

Good day. Im not one to complain but felt the need to bring this to your awareness. This morning (sunday 26 july 2015) my partner and i attended the Spur in Midrand for a breakfast. We travel frequently for work and enjoy the warm atmosphere at Spur on weekend mornings. Our coffees were luke warm to begin with. My eggs were initially dried out, stiff and cold. From obviously being left to stand in the kitchen they had even become a shade darker on the top. When i asked the manager to please have them redone, i got a side of eggs in a messy bowl, lodged and drowning in a puddle of liquid.. We have just rated spur as our favorite breakfast as opposed to mugg and bean in midrand, and are extremely disappointed by this service. Scrambled eggs take 2 minutes to make. Surely spur can go back to serving this properly if they are the king of steaks?? This morning i lost my appetite and although the service was credible, we are paying for our food to be palatable and well worth our money and time. Please respond to my feedback as soon as you can.
