Free WiFi not for all
We came to Spur to have waffles. My cousin wanted the code for the WiFi while we waited. We were told unless we order mains they will not give it to us. Since when are these your terms. The staff were so rude and dismissive. Last time I come to Spur.:( I have been a loyal customer of Spur. We enjoy good service in Lenasia and Overport branches, this is the first Spur I have had such bad service over and over again

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We have confirmed with the store and their internal rule/policy is that you have to spend a minimum of R50 per table in order to have access to the WIFI code. So you do not necessarily have to order a main meal, your order just has to be at least R50. We will however share your frustration with the store so that next time they can explain it better to the customers. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
