***** at El Sombrero AKA Scottsville Spur in Pietermaritzburg

on 3 documented visits to Scottsville Spur ( El Sombrero ) my rewards card was swiped for a far less amount that I spent and therefore did not receive my vouchers. On the 3rd occasion I had asked the Manager Ayanda to swipe my card and she did with great irritation. I then asked the Spur Manager at the Liberty mall to assist me and check my reward card transactions and then discovered how The waitresses as well as the Management have been **********ly Swiping reward cards for a far less bill than you actually pay. When I went to complain Ayanda then told me in front of her line manager it was a mistake ( after she confirmed to me on the day the value of my bill ) and then offered to swipe my card again to another customers bill for a similar amount!!!!! I was in shock and refused to allow her to ***** another customers points and give them to me!!! Please do not go to Scottsville Spur ( El Sombrero ) if you complain they will treat you badly!! Rather visit Spur Liberty Mall where you will receive 5 star treatment from the door keeper to the management. DO NOT BE ****** AT SCOTTSVILLE SPUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sad but true!!
