Franchise owner shouts at customer

15 reviews just now Never ever again!!! Play area small it stinks! Maybe they should consider changing the carpet.we went there over the weekend, we just ordered our food and then we got an emergency call and had to leave. The franchise owner was so rude! He asked why don't we take the food with he stood outside the entrance in the mall and shouted! , we all know you don't get your food in 5min! . We explained to him we just placed the order! He got so upset, raised his voice and told us that's waisted money and it's his lost now! I told him his rude we can't help and he told me you **** rude. The whole restaurant probably heard we wasting his money he completely embarrassed us! Also if you have one game in the play area get supervision because there were 2 boys playing a game the whole time, when my son told the lady the boys didn't want to give them a chance she completely ignored him. And how do i know that, we sat right in front of the play area!
