Found a glass on my ****tail

I almost swallowed a piece of glass while I was half way my cranberry Cosmo ****tail, I thought it was ice and I chewed on it to my surprise it was a piece of glass. I informed Ireene the Waiter that was assisting our table and she quickly took the glass from me and walked away a gentleman then came to our table who I assume was the manager as he did not introduce himself, Sorry is all I got and was offered another glass I feel that my life was at risk and sorry is all they could say the damage that glass could do if I swallowed it my intestines could have been damaged and SORRY is all they could say I feel like spur just don't care about their customers hygiene or life. What if that glass was in one of the kids drinks
