forced to tip

I took my friend out for a breakfast for his birthday yesterday at lakeside mall. so I placed an order only to find out that i had forgotten my bank card at home so I had 230 with me, <br> after everything I have never left a tip less than 10 so yesterday I had to tip less than that because of what I had explain above. so while sitting there with my friend the waiter made noise at the back for everyone to hear that I had tipped the girl a little..<br> and this guy didn't stop there he had the audacity to come to our table to tell us that we didn't tip well . I was just so shocked and have never experienced that in my life ever. I didnt even know I am forced to tip, I always did it because I felt its the right thing to do after the good food and service<br> <br> like this guy was not even serving us<br> <br> such humiliation,,,from.....<br> Spur lakeside mall I thank you for such service
