Food was pathetic

Went to Spur yesterday morning for lunch. Ordered our drinks then meals. Waitress was pleasant and brought both our meals together. I requested a side plate for the bones came halfway throough, i ordered ribs and calamari.<br> Looked at my meal, the chips looked like either it was leftovers from someoneelses mel or yesterdays leftovers that was put in hot oil. the calamari was warm going on cold together with the chips and onion rings. the only thing hot was my ribs. i ate my meal like it was the last supper because i knew i will never go there again. Asked for the bill and bill comes on time, even with a pen and extra sweets. there was no finger bowl or wet wipes. i decided not to complain as from previous experiences gets me know where. so i write a message on the slip to why i didnt tip and the manager asks for my details. i give it to them and today Leonard calls me and says that its lack of training and she is going for more training. My question is, why wasnt the training done properly the first time or before you start losing customers as i will never go there again and not only because of the waitress, i would have excused the waitress if my meal was good.
