Food standard declining

<p>I went to Spur in Montecasino and ordered Rib and Calamari for me and Ribs and Wings for my Wife. The only thing i can say I enjoyed was one wing I picked from her plate. The Calamari's tasted like they were just defrosted and never fried. I spoke to the manager who organised another plate of calamari which tasted a bit better... but even the Ribs were not those Spur Ribs i am used to. When i had to pay the Manager said they don't allow hotel Cards for discounts whereas the system they are using have an option to choose between Hotel and Casino (STAFF TRAINING) . My bill was R400 and 15% discount was gonna be R60 and I could have earned an extra R40 as Sunrands. So R100 gone due to staff Training. I wish next time i get to Spur I'll get the Taste for life. Not wat I got at Monte</p>
