Food poisoning

Food poisoning!! My husband and I visited Siver Chief Spur in Bloemfontein. He ordered a TBone steak with chips and onion rings which was served on a wooden board. The next day he was feeling very ill, and ended up in the emergency room. After the blood tests came back they determined it was food poisoning. I do not think the food was the source of his illness , but the wooden board it was served on.
