food order below standard and service bad

Today I received the worse service ever from spur canal walk.its the holidays and staff and managers should be prepared for a busy time but omw ordered latte's it was so weak and tasted like weak tea..then after trying to get the waiters attention. .He finally made an appearance and took our order.We informed him about the latte, so we ordered something else instead.then it was the long wait for our meal..meal was below standard.But my though was if we complain now, how long are we going to wait for something to be changed?The table close to us even complained.No one to take orders we were sitting for about 10/15mins before someone came to assist.Be prepared, it's busy season.Now manager want to be rude with staff in front of clients, that's not how it should be done.Have a team discussion before a shift starts. horrible service will be a while before I'm back there again.
