Food not up to Standard

Me and my daughter went to Spur in the Mall Somerset west on 12 June 2015. We ordered Chips and Hake and Calamari. My daughter asked for a Baked potato instead of Chips and sour cream and butter<br> <br> My word when the food arrive it was a shock. The Baked Potatoes was 2 little potatoes which was warmed up in oil the sour cream was off and not butter (the waiter did not even remember do give us butter). The union rings was so old you could taste it right away and we left it. The Calamari was swimming in oil and the salad was off. My daughter was so ill that night because of the food..... <br> <br> We are quite and happy soles and did not want to make a seen, we ate the horrible food and paid for it as we were hungry after a hard days work<br> <br> I just take it as a shock that Spur does such terrible food. I do hope to have my money back or to be compensated with a better meal which is up to standard as we deserve it<br> <br> I must say this is terreible teribble food and do not go eath there
