Food not good, overcooked and dry

We had dinner there last night, the food was not up to standard. My chicken schnitzel was overcooked, mushroom sauce was just a weird looking paste, the salad wasn't fresh(lettuce and cucumber not fresh). My husband's ribs and chicken wings were dry, all in all the food was bad. The Waiter was good though
