Food horrible and staff not on top of things

we took my daughter for her birthday meal. We were moved from tables 3 times.. No one apologized or made any acceptations.. then we received our meals and the oils was old.. chips tasted horrible and the onions were drowned in oil and tasted horrible. the standard has dropped.. manager went to change the oil herself and brought other onions. then my daughter was meant to get a party packet and apparently there was no stock.... so being moved three times.. bad food (that we paid for either way) and no party pack for my daughter.. really disgusting service. wont advice any one to go there at all. ..
