Feedback on Disappointing Food Experience – Spur Pinelands

Dear Spur Pinelands Team, I recently visited your branch and would like to share some honest feedback about my experience. Firstly, I want to commend both the waiter and the manager on duty. They were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Their efforts truly stood out and are worth recognising. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. It did not meet the quality or standard I’ve come to expect from Spur. Even after sending the food back due to the initial issues, it was returned to us in the same unsatisfactory state. This was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling quite frustrated. It’s unfortunate that the poor food experience overshadowed the otherwise great service from your staff. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that steps can be taken to improve the consistency and quality of the meals served. Thank you for your time and attention.
