Feedback on compliments lacking

Early Jan 2023 I emailed spur customer care to compliment one of their waitress lady who was absolutely fantastic on my family dining, I'm not happy that they seem not to celebrate outstanding service given by their staff as I have never received any confirmation or acknowledgement that they have share d the win with the branch and the specific waitress? Their meals and service is mostly on standard and I believe that they can motivate their people to go an extra mile and do more but celebrating small wins and not just react when we have complaints. I frequent in their savannah mall polokwane branch and just want to look forward to my next visit and see happy faces.Please spur ,you can do better !
