Dear Spur Customer Care Team,

I hope you are well.

I am writing as a long time Spur supporter to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit. I ordered two burgers, expecting the quality and taste Spur has always been known for, but unfortunately neither burger looked nor tasted like what I have come to expect from Spur.

The main reason I chose Spur was because I had been looking forward to enjoying a proper Spur burger again after a long time, which made the experience even more disappointing. The meal was so poor that we were unable to finish our burgers.

I would like to mention that the service from our waiter was good, and in good faith I still left a tip of over R90, as the service itself was not the issue. What concerns me most is the noticeable decline in the food quality.

As someone who has supported Spur for many years, I would sincerely like to understand how this happened and whether the burgers or standards have changed.? I feel like I honestly wasted my money, and I have never complaint ever before about anything.
