Family card doesnt work

I got spur family card about 4 years ago, I used the card every time when i go to spur, 2 days ago i went to spur carnival city, the manager said there something wrong with the card machine they need to put in manual, i login today at the website register my card to see how many i points i have after 4 years should be a lot, and it says card invalid,<br> <br> Thanks<br> Quintin
