False adverti*****t and witheld my private information

We went to Silver Mountain Spur, before entering I asked if the kids can play in the kids room. The waiter said yes and we completed the forms to enter. We got to the back were my daughter was chased out of the Play ground as the lady was sanitizing (10:30) I don't now why when it is the busy time. My daughter immediately threw a tantrum as we told her she is going to play now. The waiter said that she is cleaning and i asked how long, there was a big discussion in another language that i did not understand. She said that she will go speak to the manager, when she came back she told me the manager said that we must wait. We stood up and left, I went to go stand by the entrance table were nobody was... I asked the waiter for the manager, when the manager came i told her what happened and she just looked at me. I asked her for my form with my personnel information on that i had to complete on entering, she said she cant give it to me as other peoples information is on the back. Management is not up to scratch, it seems as if they make anybody a manager at spur, they false advertise to get you in the restaurant and then refuse to give you your personnel information.
