False advertising on birthday packages

Went to Spur Ruimsig for a friend's child's birthday. Loved the setup of the Spur and the party section being so close to the playground. I remember telling myself that this is where I should host my kids' party. Unfortunately, that thought was short lived. Firstly, the waitress got our orders wrong and so we ate food that we didn't want because it was just too much of an inconvenience to order again. Everything was fine with the kiddies meals but they didn't have a starlight at our table for the birthday girl and the other tables had. They also gave us some terrible tasting, cheap, g**** suckers for the kids desert. And i say cheap because i know they are the cheapest at the ice cream shop. We queried it with the waitress and she said that is all they had. When we checked, the parties around us have proper soft serve in a bowl. Asked a different waiter and he said we should have asked. Which we did. Not the point anyway. I was disappointed because that was false advertising. The birthday package is advertised with the very soft serve that other tables were served with but we had to settle for that tasteless suckers.
