False advertising and misinformation

What does it help that you are offered R50 meal vouchers if you enter and pay for all 4 Spur MTB races and you cannot redeem at any SPURs as the staff and management are ill informed. IOWA and Mountain Ridge Spur did not know how to redeem and no feedback from SPUR other than we will communicate better and that communication was sent out...yes sent out but insufficiently! Now I get an sms informing me that I have 2 days to redeem the vouchers as it will expire on the 30/06/2019, but I already spent R1200 in the past 2 weeks to try and redeem, but impossible. Useless and do not care.
