FALSE ADVERTISING

I'm very disappointed with the Spur at Bayside mall in Tableview Cape Town. I went there on the 24th Nov 2015 with a business colleague for a working dinner appointment. Instead of staying at home and cooking and working at the same time, we thought it will be better to have dinner at a restaurant and work. Spur at Bayside mall has a big placard at the door advertising free Wi-Fi. We sat down and could not connect and they staff kept saying connection is down or slow. Surprisingly, our waitress confirmed their Wi-FI is never accessible so we should not even bother connecting. Now my issue with this is why lure customers with false promises, please rather take down the advert and let customers know you don't have Free Wi-Fi. We planned to sit for about 3 hours, but had to eat hurriedly and go back home to work. The food was delicious, the wors and steak were soft and juicy and fresh however the entire meal was spoiled by the wasted time in not being able to work at the same time. We didn't even bother ordering dessert nor the ****tails we had planned in having later. For this reason I will never recommend this Spur to anyone ever again. By the way why is this Spur not serving prawns
