Falcon Spur Clearwater Mall Roodepoort has stones in their food - health hazard

<p>i went to Spur at Clearwater hoping to enjoy an nice meal with my family just to bite onto a stone that broke two of my teath and cracked the filling of a third. I informed the waiter and the manager apologised - took my number and told me to have it fixed and bring the account to him for refund after he discussed it with the owner a Mr Julian. On the 10th the next day julian contacted me and apologised and said this happens and confirmed that i can have my teeth fixed and bring him the account. On the 17th i took the account to julkian at Spur and handed him the account. His aparent partner whom i just met took the account from him and said sorry he has to phone his insurance and see what to do and how to handle the matter. We had to wait quite some time while he and Julisn went into the office and after a while he came out to tell us that he can not refund me themoney as it has to go through his insurance and that his insurance will contact me. I expplained that i used my rent money for the dentist account and need the money before moneday, he said fine he will submit it and see what he can do but then he will not cover any fture costs as i still had to have one teeth fixed that cracked. i told him that is unacceptable but was told they will call me later that day. this never happened and i had to contact Julian to find out what is going on. He said he doesnt know and will contact his partner Hannis. again they did not get back to me and i had to call them again. i felt cheated and **** to and contacted my attorney for advise, i then send them a email on what they promised and that i am not happy with all the excuses now. i told them that i have cosnulted my attorney but want to sort his in a desent matter. They mailed me they refuse to talk to me any further and i can talk to their insurance, but refuse to give me the insurance details or answer their phones when i call.</p> <p>Sick and discusting</p> <p> </p>
