Falcon Rock Spur Polokwane - Dissapointing!

We went to spur over the weekend to place an order for take-away's. When ordering they lady asked what we would like and I told her the burger special. She said fine and placed the order. I handed he my card to put the payment through but after paying I realized the amount differs to the special. When I asked why she said its for online only. Why didn't she tell me when I placed the order?? I end up playing more for half the things the special had. I could have placed an online order there and then. I asked for no garnish on ONE burger but to my surprise non of them had anything on than a patty. No additional sauces was included in the bag for chips. This is the 2nd time having a bad experience with the same spur. The staff was rude and unprofessional and I would rather drive 20km more to a different spur than support Falcon Rock Spur Polokwane again.....
