Faking good service

Last night my daughter and I went to spur and have ordered the burger special, when our food arrived my baked potatoe came without the sour cream which I had to asked for which the waiter or staff looked at me in amazement, even our drinks came after our food. When I complained to the manager/ supervisor they only said we will follow up who did this and give me immediate feedback which never happened. Spur I have heard a lot of bad stories from your service but were open minded, last night was just a sample of what I heard is true. I am sorry too for my money I will not be spending at your restaurant any time soon. I really thought we could have our team party at your restaurant. Your handling of complaints is really not good at all.
