**** Ribs Must Fall

<p>The original Spur ribs that we have been accustomed to for more than 100 years have certainly been compromised by a tasteless mediocre quality of what i am ashamed to even call Spur ribs. I visited our local Spur for what was supposed to be a lovely traditional lunch with the ladies on 9 November 2016 only to be served ****. What was dissappointing is that clearly the waiter didn't care and was more than happy to give all the excuses under the sun on the poor quality that was presented burnt and excessively basted when being returned form the kitchen. She said she had referred the matter to her manager of which suprisingly didn't even show face at our table and also was not reluctant to tell us that the brand they NOW use is definitely not the original Spur ribs we know.....Then why call them Original Spur Ribs...A blatunt lie....An appauling, disgraceful lunch meal from Spur definitely not what we are accustomed to....Please bring back the original spur ribs and please decent service. *UnhappyLoyalCustomer*</p>
