Failed birthday

Went to Spur Atterbury on the 25th of October to celebrate my childs birthday in the hopes that I'll get as per usual and only reason I went for them to sing for her. I was served by a guy named Trevor who requested our Spur card which he said is wrong and the child's birth certificate. We did not have a problem with all that but then he said we needed another card which he could not explain then told us that we won't get any birthday privileges. When our meal eventually came my meat had bite marks and he still was reluctant to exchange, when we asked for the manager he took the plate and exchanged the meat.

Never to return to the branch and we'll spread the word.
