Extremely rude manager and waiter serving at take out on the 6 OCT

A month ago we have my sons bday at this spur and my 5 year old told me that he had the worse birthday, The guest we invited complained about the service and some issues they had with the food. Last night my husband and i decided to get a take out because we didnt want to sit down and get the same bad service. But the pick up section is even worse , the manager and the guy taking the orders is extremely RUDE and unfriendly. We asked the manager for extra sauce and the manager threw it into the bag my husband was holding without making any eye contact, didnt even allow us to speak to him while speaking he walks away. Our drive home we were in denial how bad the experience was. We hope that there will be some changes. Its really not worth treating your customers like the lowest form of dirt.
