Extremely poor service received at Spur

We arrived at The Little Eagle Spur 10:10 am - the waiters couldn't wait to assist us but on the inside it was a different story. By 10:35 we only received our coffees and then the problem started and it became a snowball. The waiter forgot to bring sugar with the coffee, then after the 3 cup of bottom less and after questioning why is breakfast taking so long the waiter said that the food will come now-now... it was about an hour and almost 10 minutes later and we finally received the breakfasts. The waiter confirmed the order and still got it wrong? 2 plates with the eggs were supposed to be soft and the other 4 plates with eggs well done. My daughter likes eating eggs well done but when she saw that the eggs were not prepared correctly then she just pushed it aside and said: they didn't get it right again. How difficult can it be? This was not exactly a cheap family breakfast. When the food got to the table it was cold on top of everything… :-( There were 4 trailblazers with 2 unreal breakfasts, 2 bottomless coffees, 2 cappuccino’s, cafe latte and 3 cold drinks. The total was more or less R478.80. It was last week Saturday morning - 10/3/2018 We go to that spur often because of the play area that's big but now the service is not up to standard. We are planning on coming to eat there again because my parent stay close to Alberton and for the last time, next month we will be spending time together again at the spur with hopefully world class service as our parents are moving to Upington permanently. What can be done so that their last meal at this specific Spur branch is enjoyable and memorable? Can someone please get back to my soonest as we are really not happy about the service we received and only because we like going to spur to have a good time and for the kiddies to play and have fun - not even poor service will keep us away because we know what the service at Spur used to be and can be again so please do something about the service?
